IOTA 1403 is a solution of ultra-high viscosity dimethiconol dispersed in low-viscosity dimethicone, making it an ideal alternative to Dow Corning XIAMETER™ PMX-1403.

Properties and Applications
IOTA 1403 Dimethicone and Dimethiconol offers multiple benefits: it enhances the affinity of other active ingredients with the skin, improves product spreadability, and enhances the overall aesthetic feel. It delivers a silky, smooth touch and forms a breathable, water-resistant protective film on the skin surface.
This silicone oil is widely used in personal care products such as hand creams, body lotions, color cosmetics, sunscreens, moisturizers, lotions, and shower gels. For optimal performance, it is recommended to add IOTA 1403 after emulsification of creams and lotions and perform high-shear homogenization to ensure uniform texture and maximize product benefits.
Packaging and Storage
1. Packaged in 190 kg iron drums or 950 kg IBC tank.
2. Store in unopened original containers at 25°C or below, away from heat sources and open flames.
3. This product is non-toxic and non-hazardous for transport.
4. Shelf life: 2 years
