IOTA 28130 silicone oil is a modified silicone oil containing alkoxy-carbonyl hydroxyl groups, featuring a monomeric bishydroxyl structure and high purity. It can react with isocyanates to produce high-quality silicone/polyurethane (PU) copolymers.

It exhibits excellent anti-graffiti properties, lubricity, and moisture permeability, while providing wear resistance and scratch resistance, as well as enhanced softness and fold resistance. It is suitable as a resin modifier with stringent softness requirements.
