Chemical Structural Formula
Product Description
IOTA 26194 is a polydimethylsiloxane with an inert organic functional group at one end of the molecular chain and an alkoxy functional group at the other end. It has the characteristic of rapid hydrolysis and can quickly react with the surface silanol groups of inorganic fillers, grafting the inert siloxane segments onto the surface of the fillers, thereby improving the compatibility and filling load between the inorganic fillers and the siloxane matrix, and facilitating an increase in the thermal conductivity of the thermal interface material.

Performance and Application
This product is a large molecule silane coupling agent with one end being an inert organic group and the other end being a highly reactive trimethoxysiloxyl group. It has rapid hydrolysis properties and can react with the hydroxyl groups on the surfaces of inorganic fillers such as alumina and aluminum nitride. It grafts inert polysiloxane linkages onto the surfaces of inorganic fillers, performing surface treatment on the inorganic fillers, effectively improving the dispersion and filling load of the inorganic fillers in the polysiloxane matrix, and significantly enhancing the thermal conductivity of the thermal interface material.
Packaging and Storage
1. 1kg, 5kg, 25kg, 200kg are packed in coated iron drums or tanker drums, sealed with nitrogen.
2. It should be stored in a cool and dry place, avoiding contact with strong oxidants, acids, and alkalis, and keeping away from heat sources.
3. The shelf life is 3 months. If it exceeds the period, it can be re-inspected according to the standard. If it is qualified, it can still be used.
