Product Description
IOTA 22714 is a vinyl-terminated Q-structured polydimethylsiloxane containing four vinyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane chain segments in each molecule. It can be crosslinked with components containing Si–H groups and exhibits excellent compatibility with polysiloxanes containing vinyl functional groups. The Q-structured polysiloxane helps reduce the viscosity of silicone composites during processing or in finished silicone products, adjusts the hardness, modulus, and elongation at break of silicone materials, and improves the flowability of thermal interface materials.

Applications
This product is a vinyl-terminated Q-structured polydimethylsiloxane with high reactivity in hydrosilylation (Si–H addition) curing systems. It is highly compatible with various vinyl-functional silicone oils and helps reduce the viscosity of silicone composites during processing or in finished silicone products. It can also adjust the hardness, modulus, and elongation at break of silicone materials while improving the flowability of thermal interface materials.
Storage and Packaging
1. Available in 1 kg, 5 kg, 25 kg, and 200 kg internally coated steel drums or IBC containers, sealed under nitrogen.
2. Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid contact with strong oxidizing agents, acids, and alkalis. Keep away from heat sources.
3. Shelf life is 3 months from the date of manufacture. Products beyond the shelf life may still be used after re-inspection confirms compliance with the specification.
