Product Description

This product is a single-end trimethoxysilane-terminated silicone oil. The product composition is uniform and does not contain cyclic structures. The product contains active single-end trimethoxysilane. When used to treat inorganic powders, the silicon oil chain reacts at one end and has an inert group hanging at the other end. Therefore, it can improve the compatibility and interface stability between inorganic fillers and organic silicone resins, silicone rubbers, etc. The silicone oil does not disperse or precipitate.

Performance and Usage

It can be used alone or combined with tin-based catalysts to bond with inorganic powders at room temperature. It is applicable to a wide range of inorganic powders, such as silica, titanium dioxide, iron oxide, carbon black, etc., or other pigments.
