Product Description
IOTA 9919 is a silicone polyether in which the siloxane molecular side chains are modified with ethoxylated nonionic hydrophilic groups. It exhibits excellent water solubility and outstanding surface activity, effectively reducing liquid surface tension while providing superior wetting and emulsifying performance. This product is an ideal emulsifier for various silicone oils and other oily raw materials.
IOTA 9919 features hydrophilicity, antistatic properties, softness and smoothness, breathability, and good foam stability. It is especially suitable for gel-based products, facial cleansers, creams, and transparent formulations. In addition, it can be used as a foam stabilizer in aerosol products and as a plasticizer for silicone resins.

Properties and Applications
IOTA 9919 has low surface tension and is completely soluble in water, propylene glycol, and glycerin. It is non-irritating to the skin and provides antistatic performance. The product offers excellent emulsifying ability for silicone oils and other oily ingredients, significantly enhances foam stability, and imparts a silky, soft skin feel while delivering good moisturizing effects. Furthermore, it is suitable for a wide range of cosmetic formulations, including transparent systems, and contributes to improved overall formulation stability.
IOTA 9919 is widely used in products such as hair gels, mousses, facial cleansers, and creams. During formulation, it can be added directly to either the aqueous phase or the oil phase.
Packaging and Storage
1. Packed in 25 kg plastic drums or 200 kg steel drums.
2. During storage and transportation, protect from moisture and prevent contamination by acids, alkalis, or other impurities.
3. This product is classified as non-toxic and non-hazardous and can be transported as general cargo.
4. Shelf life: 2 years.
