IOTA 1501 is a mixture of approximately 15% ultra-high-viscosity dimethiconol dispersed in cyclopentasiloxane, serving as an ideal alternative to Dow Corning XIAMETER™ PMX-1501. It has been verified that the skin feel of IOTA 1501 is equivalent to that of IOTA 1401.

IOTA 1501 combines multiple outstanding features: it forms a long-lasting, water-resistant protective film on skin or hair, enhancing softness while effectively repairing split ends. When used in antiperspirant products, it provides a controlled fragrance release for up to 24 hours, with fast-drying, non-burning, and silky-smooth skin-feel advantages. Overall, it outperforms traditional alcohol-based systems in performance.
This silicone oil is highly versatile and suitable for a wide range of cosmetic applications, including skincare, color cosmetics, sunscreens, hair care, body washes, as well as antiperspirant and deodorant formulations, providing excellent functional and sensory benefits.
Packaging and Storage
1. Packaged in 190 kg iron drums or 950 kg IBC tank.
2. Store the product in unopened original containers at 25°C or below, away from heat sources and open flames.
3. This product is non-toxic and non-hazardous for transport.
