1.The output value of the fluorine-containing silicon slag recovery process per ton of slag has exceeded 40,000 yuan
The industrialization breakthrough of the resource utilization technology of fluorine-containing silicon slag has been achieved. Through the full-process technology of "acid leaching of fluorine - preparation of ammonium fluosilicate - purification of nano-silica gel - wastewater recycling", the hazardous solid waste by-product of the phosphorus chemical industry has been successfully transformed into high-value products. Industrial data shows that each ton of fluorosilicone-containing slag can stably produce 0.3 tons of ammonium fluosilicate (market price 8,000 yuan per ton) and 0.2 tons of nano-silica gel (market price 15,000 yuan per ton), with the comprehensive output value per ton of slag exceeding 40,000 yuan. The entire process does not require high-temperature and high-pressure equipment. After four stages of treatment, the wastewater is 100% reused, completely eliminating the environmental risks brought about by traditional landfill treatment.


2. The entire production process has undergone low-carbon transformation, reducing pollutant emissions by 99%
The fluorosilicone oil industry has witnessed a wave of low-carbon technological transformation, achieving environmental protection upgrades through a combination of measures such as centralized treatment of exhaust gas and energy substitution. A fluorine chemical enterprise in Northwest China has integrated six originally scattered discharge outlets into one by building a two-stage emulsification absorption tower system, reducing the SO₂ emission concentration from 100mg/m³ to below 1mg/m³, with an annual reduction of 4.75 tons. Meanwhile, the enterprise replaced coal-fired boilers with natural gas and equipped them with a 1.2MW rooftop distributed photovoltaic project. This reduced coal consumption by 29,000 tons annually, increased the proportion of clean energy to 15%, and lowered the comprehensive energy consumption for production by 8%.

3. The upgrading of regional industrial clusters has formed an ecological chain worth hundreds of billions of yuan
Domestic fluorine-silicon industrial concentration zones are accelerating the construction of a circular economy ecosystem. A certain industrial base in the central region has gathered over 170 upstream and downstream enterprises, with more than 1,300 types of products and an industrial correlation rate of 70%. This base has promoted the in-depth integration of fluorosilicone oil with downstream industries such as new energy and electronic information by establishing a pilot platform and a provincial-level testing center, forming a complete chain of "fluorite mining - basic fluorine chemical industry - deep processing of fluorosilicone oil - solid waste recycling". By 2025, the production capacity of fluorosilicone oil in this region is expected to exceed 100,000 tons, driving the output value of related industries to exceed 50 billion yuan.

4. The carbon footprint certification for electronic-grade products has been initiated
The domestic production of high-end electronic-grade fluorosilicone oil has achieved a breakthrough. A 10,000-ton/year electronic-grade hydrofluoric acid supporting project has been completed and put into operation, filling the gap in the region in the field of high-end fluorine-containing chemicals. This product has a purity of 99.9999% and a metal impurity content of less than 10ppb, which can meet the usage requirements in "bottleneck" fields such as semiconductors and new display panels. At present, the enterprise has initiated the product carbon footprint (CFP) certification. By optimizing the production process through full life cycle accounting, it is expected to reduce the carbon emission intensity of the products by another 12%, further enhancing the international market competitiveness.
