The application boundaries of fluorosilicone oil in the medical field continue to expand. The latest developed medical-grade products have passed the full ISO 10993 biocompatibility test, successfully meeting the strict standards of being non-toxic, non-allergenic and non-cytotoxic, and at the same time are compatible with the FDA and NSF food-grade certification requirements. This type of product, with its wide temperature range tolerance from -50 ℃ to 260℃, can easily handle routine medical sterilization processes such as high-pressure steam sterilization and ethylene oxide disinfection. It does not precipitate or carbonize in high-temperature environments, effectively avoiding the risks of instrument jamming and secondary contamination. The new fluorosilicone fabric finishing agent has addressed the industry pain point of traditional products that "functionality and hand feel cannot be achieved simultaneously". By adjusting the length of the fluorocarbon chain segments and the density of the side chains, it endows the fabric with the triple properties of water repellency, oil repellency and stain repellency, while maintaining good softness and carding performance. It is suitable for various scenarios such as fermentation and oil refining. This product has passed the EU REACH and ROHS environmental protection certifications. During high-temperature processing, no harmful substances are released, and the volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions are 60% lower than the industry standard.
