Product Description
IOTA 2H57 is an excellent organic silicon surface additive. By reducing the surface tension of the coating, the wettability of the substrate can be improved. Increase surface smoothness, scratch resistance, and anti adhesion, improve leveling, enhance glossiness, and prevent Benard vortices. Suitable for adding to coatings in solvent based, solvent-free, and water-based systems.

Product Application
0.3~1% oil-based system of the formula: Recommended dosage of 0.05~0.5% of the total formula solvent-free system: Recommended dosage of 0.3~1% of the total formula water based systems (water-based pigments, coatings, latex paints, water-based inks, neutral inks): recommended total dosage.
At any stage of the production process, for ease of use, it can be diluted with a suitable solvent first.

Packaging and Storage Transportation
200kg/1000kg plastic drum, stored in a cool, ventilated, and dry place, with a shelf life of 6 months (unopened). If it exceeds the expiration date, it can be retested and can continue to be used if it meets the standards. Transport non hazardous chemicals.
