IOTA 3000 leveling agent (coating leveling agent, ink leveling agent) is an organic silicon surface additive that improves the wettability of substrates by reducing the surface tension of coatings. Increase surface smoothness, scratch resistance, and anti adhesion, improve leveling, enhance glossiness, and prevent Benard vortices. Suitable for adding to coatings in solvent based, solvent-free, and water-based systems.

Performance and Applications
Wetting, dispersing, and lubricating. Solvent free preparation
Reduce surface tension of coatings, wet substrates, prevent oil shrinkage, scratch resistance, and adhesion resistance. Improve leveling and glossiness.
Suitable for all water-based, oil-based, and solvent-free systems.
Water based systems (water-based pigments, coatings, latex paints, water-based inks, neutral inks): recommended dosage of 0.3-1% of the total formula
Oil based system: recommended dosage of 0.05-0.5% of the total formula
Solvent free system: recommended dosage of 0.3-1% of the total formula
