Product Description
This product is a long-chain alkyl and phenyl dual-modified silicone oil, featuring a multi-viscosity gradient series. Compared to ordinary alkyl silicone oil, the phenyl structure significantly enhances its high-temperature resistance, wear resistance, and lubrication performance, with less carbon deposition and slag formation during high-temperature processing. It has excellent compatibility with mineral oil, various synthetic resins, and paraffin. After demolding, the workpiece can be directly printed, painted, or embossed without any interference from subsequent coating processes. It has multiple applications such as lubrication, demolding, hydrophobicity, plastic brightening, fiber processing, skin care and hair care, and is suitable for all industrial applications including high-temperature casting, metal lubrication, rubber and plastic modification, spinning, and daily chemical products.

Packaging and Storage
1. Packaging: Standard 180kg plastic barrel packaging. Customized small barrels or ton barrels can be provided according to customer requirements.
2. Storage: Store in a sealed manner in a dry, cool, well-ventilated warehouse, away from open flames, high-temperature heat sources, and direct sunlight.
3. Transportation: Transport as an ordinary organic silicon liquid chemical product. Prevent packaging damage and leakage.
4. Shelf Life: Under the condition of original packaging being sealed intact, the product is valid for 24 months.
