In the field of refrigerants, branched siloxane oligomer methyl tri(trimethylsiloxy)silane has been widely studied and applied due to its excellent physical and chemical properties.
Refrigerant characteristics
Chemical stability: The branched siloxane oligomer methyl tri(trimethylsiloxy)silane is non-corrosive and environmentally friendly to equipment and the environment.
Non-toxic: Non-toxic to the human body and the environment, meeting safety standards for use.
High boiling point: The boiling point exceeds 191℃, ensuring stability even at high temperatures.
Temperature range: suitable for low temperature environments from -70℃ to -30℃.
wear inhibitor
Tris(p-toluene) phosphite: As an anti-wear inhibitor, it effectively reduces friction and wear of refrigerants in the circulation system.
Viscosity of refrigerant
Viscosity at operating temperature: At -40℃, the viscosity is 5.7mm²/s, ensuring good fluidity of the refrigerant at low temperatures.
Application instance
Formula ratio: Add 0.5 parts of tris(p-tolyl) phosphite to 100 parts of methyl tris(trimethylsiloxy) silane to form a high-performance refrigeration oil.
Performance test: Under the condition of -40℃, with a circulation rate of 8L/min and running for 12 hours a day for 31 consecutive days, the refrigerant still functions normally, showing its excellent durability and stability.
Other applications
Automobile antifreeze: suitable for cold-climate vehicles, providing antifreeze protection in low-temperature environments.
Transformer oil: used as transformer oil, it has excellent insulation and cooling properties.
Refrigeration oil: It is used as a lubricating and cooling medium in refrigeration equipment to improve equipment efficiency and longevity.
