1.Structured control preparations have achieved a performance leap
The patent technology of alkoxy fluorosilicone oil approved in 2024 has made substantial progress. When used as A structural control agent for fluorosilicone rubber, it significantly increases the elongation of rubber through the synergistic effect of A-chain units, B-chain units and terminal groups, while avoiding the agglomeration of silica. Experiments show that the fluorosilicone compound made of this material maintains a plasticity rate of over 90% within a six-month storage period, and its tensile strength increases by 15%, effectively solving the problems of easy gelation and mechanical property degradation of traditional materials.


2. High refractive index materials open up the optical field
The newly developed high refractive index fluorosilicone liquid is prepared through the reaction of methylphenylcyclosiloxane with trifluoropropyl methylcyclotrisiloxane. The number of x chain units in its molecular structure can be regulated within the range of 9 to 600, and the number of y chain units covers the range of 7 to 100. This material performs exceptionally well in optical component packaging, with a light transmittance of over 92%. After UV aging tests, its performance degradation is less than 3%, and it has been initially applied to the protective coating of optical lenses.

3. New breakthroughs have been made in the application of electrical insulation
Alkoxy end-capping fluorosilicone oil has found new applications in transformer seals due to its low polarity advantage. Its ionization polarization effect is significantly reduced. After vulcanization, it is firmly locked by the rubber matrix, with the precipitation amount reduced by more than 90%, which lowers the dielectric loss of transformer oil by 40% and extends the service life of the equipment to 1.5 times that of traditional materials. This material has passed the 10KV-level insulation performance test and is suitable for the requirements of high-voltage electrical equipment.

4. The environmentally friendly preparation process has been put into production
The high-efficiency water washing extraction equipment and tail gas treatment system developed in conjunction have been put into industrial application. The water washing tower, through a dual-phase stirring and circulating conveying design, has increased the purity of fluorosilicone oil products to 99.5% and the solvent recovery rate to over 98%. After the tail gas of the rotary vane pump is pre-treated by water-gas separation, the load of the subsequent treatment system is reduced by 30%, and the emission concentration of hydrogen fluoride is controlled below one fifth of the industry standard, promoting the green transformation of the fluorine and silicon industry.
