1. Breakthroughs have been achieved in both high and low temperature resistance
Fluorosilicone rubber materials have recently witnessed multiple technological breakthroughs, achieving a qualitative leap in their comprehensive performance under extreme environments. The newly developed modified fluorosilicone gel can maintain stable elasticity within an ultra-wide temperature range of -70 ℃ to 350℃. Compared with traditional products, its upper temperature resistance limit is increased by 50℃, and its low-temperature toughness is improved by 40%. This two-way breakthrough enables it to not only adapt to the ultra-low temperature conditions of Antarctic scientific research equipment but also meet the high-temperature sealing requirements of aircraft engine compartments, solving the long-standing application problem of "two extremes" that has plagued the industry.


2. Self-healing technology extends the service life of equipment
The introduction of self-healing technology has become another major highlight. By demonstrating its unique "damage self-healing" capability, it can achieve self-repair of micro-cracks through the catalytic effect of fluoride ions in a humid environment. Tests have shown that its repeated repair efficiency can reach over 85%, extending the service life of sealing components to more than twice the original. This technology has demonstrated significant application value in scenarios where maintenance is difficult, such as deep-sea exploration equipment and high-pressure pipelines, and can significantly reduce operation and maintenance costs.

3. Promotion of the localization of aerospace sealing systems
In the aerospace field, significant progress has been made in domestic fluorosilicone rubber sealing systems. By optimizing the addition ratio of phenyl silicone oil and the crosslinking density, the material shows no tearing under 150% tensile conditions and fully meets the aerospace-grade sealing standards. At present, the related products have been applied to the domestic large aircraft project, increasing the domestic production rate of sealing parts to 40% and breaking the long-term reliance on imports of high-end aviation sealing materials. Its excellent resistance to aviation fuel corrosion and radiation also provide reliable support for spacecraft propulsion systems.


4. The demand for new energy vehicles has become the main driver of growth
The new energy vehicle industry has become the core engine driving demand. Data shows that the market size of fluorosilicone rubber in China is expected to exceed 20 billion yuan in 2025, with the contribution of the new energy vehicle sector reaching 30%. The amount of fluorosilicone used per vehicle is 30% to 50% higher than that in traditional fuel vehicles, and it is mainly applied in key links such as battery pack sealing and motor cable protection. Especially in 800V high-voltage platform vehicles, fluorosilicone rubber with high dielectric strength has become the core material for battery safety protection, driving the annual growth rate of this market segment to remain above 15%.
