1. Lubrication revolution under extreme Working conditions
Fluorosilicone oil, with its unique chemical structure, exhibits stable lubricating performance within a wide temperature range from -70 ℃ to 260℃, making it a core material in the field of precision manufacturing. Recently, domestic enterprises have developed a new type of polyvinyl perfluoropolyether fluorosilicone oil. By optimizing the catalyst system and reaction process, the crosslinking degree and corrosion resistance of the material have been significantly improved. This material does not decompose at a high rotational speed of 1.4 million revolutions per minute, and can still maintain a stable molecular structure when exposed to extreme environments such as strong acids, alkalis, and organic solvents. It is widely used in the lubrication and sealing of key components such as semiconductor wafer cutting equipment and turbine bearings of aero engines.

2. Medical-grade fluorosilicone oil breaks the import monopoly
In the field of medical devices, the requirements for the biocompatibility and high-temperature resistance of medical fluorosilicone oil are particularly strict. Domestic medical-grade fluorosilicone oil has passed the ISO 10993 biocompatibility test and FDA food-grade certification, and has been successfully applied in scenarios such as catheter tip molding and joint lubrication of surgical instruments. For instance, in the production of catheters, fluorosilicone oil can form an ultra-thin and uniform lubricating isolation film, reducing demolding resistance by over 60%, while avoiding allergic reactions when the device comes into contact with human tissues, significantly enhancing the safety and yield of medical consumables. At present, domestic products have replaced imported ones in many top-tier hospitals and international medical device manufacturers, reducing costs by approximately 40%.

3.5G and new energy give rise to incremental demand
With the explosive growth of 5G base stations and the new energy vehicle industry, the application of fluorosilicone oil in electronic packaging and battery systems has expanded rapidly. In the radio frequency module of 5G base stations, fluorosilicone oil, as an insulating and heat dissipation material, can effectively reduce high-frequency signal loss and enhance the weather resistance of the equipment. In electric vehicle batteries, it serves as a separator coating agent to prevent electrolyte leakage and simultaneously enhance the battery's cycle life. It is predicted that the global demand for fluorosilicone oil in the electronics and electrical industry will reach 93,000 tons in 2025, with a year-on-year growth of 9.4%. Among them, 5G and Internet of Things devices contribute more than 30% of the increment.

4. Dual-driven by industry standards and circular economy
In response to the upgrading of environmental protection policies, the fluorosilicone oil industry is accelerating its transformation towards green development. The EU REACH and ROHS regulations have driven enterprises to develop low-toxicity and recyclable bio-based fluorosilicone oils. In China, by establishing a closed-loop recycling system, the recycling rate of waste fluorosilicone oils has been increased to over 70%. Meanwhile, the standardization process of the industry has been accelerated. The classification and performance testing standards for fluorosilicone oil products led by China have been incorporated into the ISO international standard framework, providing support for domestic materials to participate in global competition.
