Meanwhile, the coefficient of friction is reduced to below 0.01, which is significantly superior to traditional lubricants.
The new type of fluorosilicone oil adopts an environmentally friendly synthesis process, reducing the usage of fluorine-containing solvents and lowering carbon emissions during the production process by 30%. Its core technology has been certified as a national invention patent, marking that China has achieved a transformation from "following" to "keeping pace" in the field of high-end fluorosilicon materials.
2. Application scenarios in multiple fields are accelerating their implementation
In the field of new energy vehicles, the new type of fluorosilicone oil has passed the verification of the national mandatory inspection standards and can effectively solve the problem of thermal runaway of lithium batteries. Experimental data shows that battery packs using this material can remain smoke-free and fire-free even when 100% of the cells are out of control, providing an important guarantee for the safety performance of electric vehicles.
The electronic information industry has also benefited significantly. Ultra-low viscosity fluorosilicone oil (with a viscosity close to water at room temperature) is applied in immersion liquid cooling systems, which can reduce the energy consumption of data centers by more than 40%, while meeting the EU's ban on PFAS substances, providing a feasible solution for the construction of green data centers.

With the tightening of global environmental protection regulations, the green characteristics of fluorosilicone oil have become the key to competition. The new generation of products, through the substitution of bio-based raw materials, has increased the degradability rate to 75%, and at the same time meets international certification standards such as ISO 21469. In terms of industry-university-research cooperation, the "Intelligent Lubrication System" project jointly developed by universities and enterprises combines fluorosilicone oil with Internet of Things technology, enabling precise maintenance of equipment throughout its entire life cycle.
