IOTA 23667 is a double terminal hydroxyl polyether modified silicone oil. In terms of fiber lubrication, its compatibility with organic lubricants is much better than that of general silicone oil, and it is easier to clean than general silicone oil. As a fabric coating additive, it increases wear resistance, anti sticking agent, and enhances the flowability of resin coatings.

Application
IOTA 23667 double terminal hydroxyl polyether modified silicone oil is a block copolymer that can be added with organic components to enhance surface properties
1. It is used as a wetting agent in organic lubricant formulations for the comprehensive treatment of synthetic fibers. In addition, ethylene glycol groups can endow anti-static properties. Due to its ability to dissolve in water, it is relatively easy to clean.
2. When used as an additive in organic fabric coatings, it can provide anti adhesion properties. Additionally, some coatings can enhance wear resistance.
3. Ethylene glycol, as a closed end group, contains active hydroxyl groups and is reactive with organic polymers such as polyurethane. Therefore, IOTA 23667 double terminal hydroxyl polyether modified silicone oil can be used as a part of the network structure through chemical reactions to enhance the hydrolytic stability of the resin.

Packaging and Storage Transportation
200kg/1000kg plastic drum, stored in a cool, ventilated, and dry place, with a shelf life of 6 months (unopened). If it exceeds the expiration date, it can be retested and can continue to be used if it meets the standards. Transport non hazardous chemicals.
