Product Description
1. This product is the end vinyl polydimethylsiloxane. It’s an excellent and active intermediate material.
2. The product has common performance of methyl silicone oil.
3. Two ends of vinyl is too active to react with hydrogen silicone with catalyst, also can participate in a variety of other reactions.
4. It has better intermiscibility with organic material comparing to methyl silicone oil, easy to compatibility with other organic materials.
5. For containing lively double bond, easy to have reaction with organic material such as polyurethane, acrylic acid etc.

Performance and Applications
1. Used as basic raw material of high temperature vulcanizing silicone rubber (HTV), to enhance the hardness and strength of silicone rubber.
2. For the production of liquid silicone rubber, it’s the main material of injection molding silicone rubber.
3. This product will be reacted with organic material such as polyurethane, acrylic acid etc., to produce new material that have better performance (weathering resistance, ageing resistance, anti-UV, reinforcing and toughening etc.), widely used in the plastic,resin,paint, and coatings modified.
Usage and Dosage
When used as additive or modifier, the quantity is 10%-20%, when used as base gel, the quantity is 50%-100%.
Notices
This material is active, should not be mixed with impurities(especially the catalyst) in storage and transportation, when being used, should be confirm if it react with other substance, in case of degeneration.
Packaging and Storage
1. This product should be stored airtight at room temperature in dry shade, away from fire source, avoid sun exposure, avoid mixing of impurities (especially catalysts, acid substances).
2. Packed with 200 kg iron drum or 50 kg clean polyethylene plastic barrel.
3. Stored and transport as Non-dangerous goods.
