【How To Use】
1.Surface treatment:
A: For metal: mechanical treatment(grit-blast), then degreasing, or use chemical methods to remove greasy diit, rust or other oxided layer;
B: For fabric: chemical treatment (steep fabric in 10%NaOH for 1 hour), then dry.
2. Dilution: coating directly, or can be diluted with ethyl acetate, toluene etc. To 50%~200% (volume ratio).
3.Coating:brushing, dipping or spraying. Recommend the coating layer to be 0.03~0.08mm.
4. Dry: dry at room temperature (25℃~30℃) for 30mins, higher temperature(70℃~90℃) for 8~15mins. Could get better effect to dry at lower temperature with faster gas flow.
5. Vulcanization: cure first stage at 170±5℃@10~15min, post-cured at 200℃@4hr:

【Storage】
Shall be stored in dry and ventilated places at room temperature (25℃).Validity is 6 months.
【Transportation】
Transport it as non-dangerous cargo.
【Attention】
1.Keep it intightly closed container, store at cool and dry place. Keep it away from heat and fire.
2. Should treat metal after surface treatment in time before oxided layer generates again; better finish coating in 2 hours after metal or fabric surface treatment.
3.If mucilage has some small amount of precipitation, stir it well before applying.
4.Bonding after coating and drying immediately, avoid being contaminated and in touch with humid air.
