1. The implementation of green technology has significantly reduced pollutant emissions.
Recently, significant progress has been made in the green production of the fluorosilicone oil industry. A new solvent-free synthesis process has successfully achieved large-scale application, completely replacing the traditional solvent-based production method. This has pushed the fluorosilicone oil industry to take a crucial step towards low-carbon and environmentally friendly production. This process is centered on environmentally friendly catalysts, eliminating the use of high-volatile organic solvents in traditional production. The concentration of VOCs emissions during the production process has dropped below 10mg/m³, reducing by over 90% compared to the traditional process. At the same time, it achieves zero wastewater discharge and the recovery rate of solid waste has increased to 95%, truly realizing "low-carbon production and recycling".

The new process adopts continuous-flow micro-reaction technology, reducing the polymerization reaction time of fluorosilicone oil from the traditional 8-12 hours to 2-3 hours, increasing production efficiency by more than three times. At the same time, through process optimization, raw material losses are reduced, and the utilization rate of raw materials increases from 88% to 98%, significantly reducing material waste in the production process. The unit production cost of this process is 15%-20% lower than that of the traditional process, achieving a win-win situation of environmental benefits and economic benefits. 

3. Complying with environmental protection regulations, enhancing industry compliance level
As global environmental protection regulations become increasingly strict, especially with the continuous tightening of regulations on PFAS substances, the environmental pressure faced by the fluorosilicone oil industry has been continuously increasing. The implementation of this green synthesis process perfectly aligns with current environmental regulatory requirements. No harmful pollutants are generated during the production process, and the products have been tested to fully comply with international environmental protection standards such as the EU REACH regulations and RoHS directives, effectively solving the environmental compliance problems in traditional fluorosilicone oil production processes and clearing obstacles for the sustainable development of the industry. At the same time, the upgraded process has significantly improved the safety and stability of the production process, fully meeting the relevant requirements of the "Safety Production Specifications for Fluorocarbon Chemical Enterprises".
