1.The high-tensile superhydrophobic film has been successfully prepared
Recently, a research team has fabricated PDMS/dimethyl silicone oil superhydrophobic films with high tensile properties by using the 3D printing template method. This preparation method is simple in process and low in cost. The relationship among different ratios of PDMS prepolymer A, crosslinking agent B and dimethyl silicone oil was predicted through BP neural network, and the optimal ratio was obtained as 10:1:3.20. The prepared film has a breaking tensile rate of 300% and can still maintain excellent superhydrophobic performance after being stretched by 250%. It has broad application prospects in fields such as droplet transmission and sensors.

2. The patent for heat-resistant and high thermal conductivity modification has been approved
A patent for the preparation method and application of heat-resistant and high thermal conductivity modified dimethyl silicone oil has been approved. This invention, by adding a certain proportion of modifiers such as phenylalkoxysilane, zirconium octanate, and liquid metal composite materials to dimethyl silicone oil, can increase the thermal conductivity of dimethyl silicone oil to 4-8W/m.K, and the weight loss fraction at 350℃ for 30 minutes is less than 1.0%, significantly enhancing its heat resistance stability and thermal conductivity performance.


3. The patented spraying device prevents splashing
A patent named "A Spraying Device for Dimethyl Silicone Oil" has been authorized. This spraying device is equipped with components such as a cylinder, an inner sleeve and a sprayer. The piston rod of the cylinder drives the inner and outer sleeves to cover the workpiece downward, preventing dimethyl silicone oil from splashing everywhere during the spraying process. The inner sleeve drives the sprayer to continue to move downward, enabling all-round spraying of the workpiece and improving the spraying effect and utilization rate of dimethyl silicone oil.


4. A patent for dimethyl silicone oil used in magnetic powder cores has been issued
A patent concerning "dimethyl silicone oil for magnetic powder cores and its preparation method, coating of magnetic powder cores and its preparation method and application" has been disclosed. This patent, by adding trimethylsilyl phosphate to crude dimethyl silicone oil, has produced a single-layer insulating coating layer with both inorganic and organic properties for the coated magnetic powder core. It features high magnetic permeability and DC superposition performance, as well as low loss, providing a new technical solution for the preparation of magnetic powder cores.
